Erica is currently undertaking doctoral studies at COCA Massey, researching questions related to immersive technologies, the arts and audience experience.

Erica has toured Aotearoa and internationally over the past two decades (often under the pseudonym Lady Lazer Light), creating immersive experiences with musicians and sound artists such as Orchestra of Spheres, The All seeing Hand, Lord Echo, The Black Seeds, Estere and Anthonie Tonnon.

Erica has exhibited internationally and undertaken several Art residencies, such as Hong Kong’s Insitu Residency, and Red Gate Gallery, Beijing. Erica has also created several large scale installations for NZ based events, including Lux Light Festival Wellington, Weta Digital events, The Performance arcade, The Chinese New Year Zodiac Arts Trail, Urban Dream Brokerage and Gig City, and leading Aotearoa fashion label Nom*D’s collection launch at ID Fashion week.
